The Problem

Sarah Buckingham saw what appeared to be a small leak transform into a small nightmare, which ended up causing some of her ceiling to fall off.

A single mother, Sarah wasn't sure what to do when the Claims Validation Company appointed by her insurer suggested the problem was so minor she could probably deal with it herself!

The Solution

Luckily, Sarah got in touch with Action Insurance Repair and we were able to resolve the situation. After an initial visit, it was obvious that the problem was much bigger than the Validations Claim Company suggested. Our team quickly realised that the leak was coming from her bathroom and that the entire floor needed to be replaced as it was now rotten.
