It’s been a fantastic 2018 at Action Insurance Repair. At the end of each year, as we’re getting excited for Christmas and the New Year, it’s a great opportunity to look back on everything we’ve achieved over the past twelve months, and thank our clients for their business and our amazing team and contractors for their hard work and dedication.
In April, Action Insurance Repair celebrated 10 years in business, which is a milestone we’re all very proud to have reached. Now we’re looking forward to our future. Here’s to another 10 years, and many more besides. Cheers!
A whole decade of helping and supporting individuals and businesses solve their insurance claim issues has meant we’ve made some great partnerships and worked on some very rewarding projects. Back in 2016, Action Insurance Repair supported Ribble FM when it launched that summer by providing free labour to help them build their studio. Our contractors did an excellent job, and Ribble Valley FM were extremely happy with the results!
A great 2018
This year alone, we’ve had some unique experiences working with local charities and businesses to overcome their problems with frozen pipes, vehicles driving into buildings and even damage as a result of crime.
Earlier this year, we were thrilled to work on a refurbishment project for the function room at Austerlands Cricket Club in Oldham after a frozen pipe burst causing water damage. The loss assessor we introduced to the client was able to quickly and efficiently work with their insurance company’s loss adjuster to agree their claim, and Action Insurance Repair started work quickly to fix their broken pipes and repair the damage caused.
We were also happy to repair the gable wall to John Mellor Estate Agents in Heaton Moor, Stockport, which was in need of repair after a car accidentally drove into the side of the building.
Sometimes our services are needed to put things right again. We supported Ron Wood Developments with replacing glazing on their office in Bury, following several attempted break ins. This type of project can be complex, but our team went above and beyond to make sure both Ron Wood Developments and their insurance providers were happy with the best possible outcome.
Welcoming new clients to the Action Insurance Repair family
This year we’ve welcomed brand new clients from across the country to Action Insurance Repair, for insurance-related projects and to support and supply them with exceptional contractors to carry out essential and renovation work.
Throughout 2018, Action Insurance Repair has been completing planned maintenance work and emergency repair services and habitation checks for Veritas Property Management who are based in Bristol. This non-insurance related work relates throughout their wide network of properties and facilities and we are proud to be working with them on their important maintenance and repair projects.
We have also begun working closely with Brighter Lets in Blackpool and Discover Property Management in Oswaldtwistle, offering our insurance repair services and team of insurance professionals to help them to expand the range of services they provide to their landlords.
Throughout 2018 we continued to work in partnership with IAM Claims Consultants, with whom we’ve partnered for the past 5 years. We’ve also worked closely with Frank Whittle Partnership Chartered Surveyors and Restore Fire and Flood on a number of projects over the last few years, and to each of our close partner companies, we’d like to extend our thanks and wish you a very happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.
Looking forward to 2019
On top of continuing our vital work with some of the country’s leading property developers, letting agencies and property management companies, Action Insurance Repair have won a large contract for a medical centre in Leeds. This contract will be announced in full in the new year, and we will begin working closely with them next Spring.
